The rooms were spotless and the beds were like sleeping on clouds, worth every penny! The hotel had an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and a super clean jacuzzi tub in the room. The only little downside was the shower, bit tricky setting the right temperature, but it didn't ruin the overall great experience. 🌟

My stay at Vacation Lodge was comfortable with friendly guests. The front desk clerk was helpful and courteous, making me feel safe. Breakfast was skipped for local restaurants. However, I found the ice and fridge setup a bit odd but manageable. Would consider staying again for the bed's comfort and good location.

The room was large, there were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. The location was good, within walking distance of Old Mill.

This hotel has favourable location to a really good restaurant down the road. It's near to shops and restaurants as well as trolley for dollywood.

It's a pity but there was no water pressure.

I keep coming back for the perfect stay. First visit, staff helped with directions. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour reception, fitness center, pools, spa. No pets, AC, non-smoking rooms. Returning for New Year.

The hotel is in a comfy location and clean. The staff are pleasant, managed the parking outside. There is plenty of great food for breakfast. When I am in Pigeon Forge, I like staying here.

This motel deserves a solid 7 rating because it exceeded our expectations in so many ways! Firstly, the location was absolutely fantastic, so close to all the fun activities in the area. Our kids were overjoyed with the two amazing swimming pools, which kept them entertained for hours. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. What really impressed us was the spacious and clean room with a cozy fireplace and soothing jacuzzi. It was perfect for relaxing after an adventurous day. The motel also provided fantastic amenities such as free Wi-Fi, an on-site car park, a 24-hour reception, and even a picnic area! We also noticed a well-equipped fitness center and both a seasonal outdoor pool and an indoor swimming pool for all-weather fun. Additionally, the jacuzzi and spa offered a much-needed escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. The laundry facilities came in handy, and the flat-screen TV in the room provided entertainment. The lift made it easy to get around, and express check-in/-out made the process speedy and convenient. While we didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, it was offered in a cozy area although it seemed a bit crowded. It's great to note that there were sun loungers available for relaxation, and the fact that pets weren't allowed ensured a peaceful stay. The air conditioning in our non-smoking room kept us cool and comfortable throughout the stay. With all these incredible amenities and friendly service, we will definitely be returning to this motel for future vacations!

Loved my spotless room and the pool was great.

The rooms were well furnished with coffee pot and the jacuzzi tub and an actual balcony. The hotel's position was nice, on the trolley that takes you right to the gate.

the place was clean and super close to local attractions like old mill and the smoky mountains. the staff was welcoming, and our regular housekeeper - george - was great. they serve breakfast, and there's a trolley stop at the front of the lodge.

The morning staff at breakfast was very kind and worked hard at giving the best breakfast possible. The room was really cleaned, and the pool and hot tub were a nice relaxation after a day at Dollywood. Despite some minor issues with the room, the comfortable beds and the ability to hook up my laptop to the TV for Netflix added to our stay. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable as well. The proximity to The Island in Pigeon Forge and Dolly Parton's Stampede allowed for convenient family outings, with the Old Mill and other landmarks adding to our experience.
